Founded in 2022, Shashka is an Austria-based fashion brand with a purely online presence.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient ERP Specialist to join our growing team.

This role is essential to streamlining and optimizing our internal operations, particularly across inventory, order processing, finance and production workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of ERP systems, analytical thinking and a proactive attitude toward solving operational inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure and maintain ERP systems to support daily business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Finance and Logistics) to gather requirements and optimize system usage
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
  • Provide training and support to staff on ERP usage and best practices
  • Customize reports, dashboards and workflows to improve efficiency
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and ERP systems
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all business processes
  • Assist in migrating existing data and integrating third-party tools where necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar)
  • ERP management experience in Apparel & Textiles is required.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, finance and/or retail processes
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
  • Experience in managing system integrations with platforms like Shopify, logistics or accounting tools is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to global operations and ERP practices
