Our Client is a leading Telecom Company having more than 300 stores across various states of USA.
About the Role: Are you a highly driven and results-oriented recruiter with a passion for connecting top-tier talent with a leading US company? We're seeking a dynamic International Financial Recruiter to join our team and focus on placing various professionals from the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client briefing to candidate placement, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified professionals in the US.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on US market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices within the finance domain.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts.
- Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment activity.
Required Skills & Traits:
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within Telecom Operations, Store Management, and other related domains. Demonstrable success in placing professionals in US-based companies is essential.
- US Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the US job market, including industry trends, regulations, and compensation structures.
- International Recruitment Experience: Experience in sourcing and placing candidates located outside of the US for US-based roles is a significant advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate offers and close deals.
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Resilient & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
