Job Title: Outbound Call Center Agent - US Campaign (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift (Mon-Fri)

About Us:

Kivo is a growing IT consulting company focused on delivering smart digital solutions, including SEO, Web Development, Digital Advertising, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services for clients in the US and UK. We are building a high-performance call center team in Lahore to support our expansion in international markets.

Role Summary:

We're hiring enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our

US Outbound Campaigns. You will engage with potential clients, pitch services like SEO, Web Development, and RCM, and support lead generation and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US clients for service promotion and lead qualification

Communicate company offerings clearly and professionally

Maintain accurate records in CRM (call outcomes, follow-ups, appointments)

Achieve daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets

Assist with setting meetings or closing qualified sales

Handle objections professionally and build interest in our services.

Requirements:

6+ months of international call center experience (US

market preferred)

Matric / O-Levels minimum (Bachelor's degree is a plus)

Fluent English, preferably with a neutral/US accent

Familiar with CRM software, Google Workspace, or

Microsoft Office

Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills

Sales-driven and customer-focused

Quick learner and tech-savvy

Energetic, confident, and adaptable to fast-paced environments

Team player with a positive attitude

Interested in IT, digital marketing, or healthcare services.
