Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects. You will engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with lead generation and prospecting
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B outbound sales experience
