Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong background in freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and helping grow the company's sales portfolio in both import and export logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business for sea, air, and land freight services (LCL/FCL).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and track all interactions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and overseas agents.
  • Coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sales.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong network of existing clients is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
