Job Description:

We are excited to expand our team and are seeking a skilled, proactive and resilientSales and Marketing Representativeto join our dynamic workforce. The job role requires prior experience within a sales and marketing role, preferably in the construction and mining industry. Moreover, the role also requires the candidate to have a technical background preferably within engineering to better understand our product portfolio. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach prospective clients in target industries.
  • Present and promote company's product portfolio to existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct business research to identify new business opportunities and understand market dynamics.
  • Analyze industry trends customer needs to develop strategic sales approaches.
  • Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company's product range and services.
  • Engage actively in ongoing training sessions and professional development classes.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and team members through electronic and other relevant communication channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree mandatory in a technical field. Engineering preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales and marketing role. Experience in similar or relevant industry will be prioritized.
  • Prior experience in the drilling, construction or energy sector is highly preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent teamwork capabilities.
  • Hands-on approach to tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in basic IT skills, including the MS Office Suite.
  • Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
