Digital Marketer And SEO Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable digital marketer and SEO specialist to manage our social media accounts as well as analyze, review and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop our digital marketing and SEO strategies
  2. Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
  3. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  4. Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  5. Regularly perform thorough keywords research
  6. Identify key SEO KPIs
  7. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  8. Prepare and present reports regularly
  9. Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  10. Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
  11. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  12. Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
  13. Work with web developers to properly implement SEO best practices
  14. Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
Job Specification
  1. 1-3 years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
  2. 1-3 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
  3. Proven success in SEO
  4. 1-3 years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
  5. Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  6. The sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  8. Team player
  9. Great interpersonal and communication skills
