Timing: 5 PM – 2 AM

Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (NOT a call center) situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Currently, we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a SEO Specialist with 2-3 years of experience as SEO Supervisor/Team Lead. The candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies for our clients. The SEO Analyst should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  2. Coordinating content, design, social media marketing, and other activities
  3. Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on team performance
  4. Creating and supporting marketing content for social media purposes (e.g., customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
  5. Performing keyword research aligned with client objectives to optimize existing content and discover new opportunities
  6. Developing and executing communication/content strategies via social communities in line with SEO goals
  7. Keeping up with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends
  8. Monitoring and reporting on web analytics dashboards, key metrics, and performance in accordance with client goals
  9. Monitoring social media performance and implementing corrective measures, such as creating Fan Pages
  10. Collecting data and reporting on traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics
  11. Collaborating with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns

Requirements

  1. Must have experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor
  2. Good communication skills
  3. Strong leadership skills
  4. Ability to work night shifts
  5. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  6. Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  7. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
