Personal Assistant To Technical Director / G.M

Responsibilities:

  1. Reading, monitoring and responding to the principal's email.
  2. Answering calls and handling queries.
  3. Preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf.
  4. Commissioning work on the principal's behalf.
  5. Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
  6. Managing the principal's electronic diary.
  7. Booking meetings.
  8. Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
  9. Writing minutes.
  10. Taking dictation.
  11. Planning, organising and managing events.
  12. Managing a budget.
  13. Attending events/meetings as the principal's representative.
  14. Conducting research on the internet.
  15. Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
  16. Preparing presentations.
  17. Preparing papers for meetings.
  18. Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.
  19. Updating websites.
  20. Typing documents.
  21. Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
  22. Managing projects.
