Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Coordinator of Volunteers at Dosti Welfare Organization in the Peshawar District. The Coordinator will be responsible for volunteer training, volunteer management, community outreach, and fostering strong interpersonal skills and communication to engage volunteers effectively in our projects.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Community Outreach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of volunteers
  • Passion for community development and social empowerment
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communications, or related field
