Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer with a strong interest and/or experience in B2B design to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global design environment. You will work closely with experienced marketers and product teams on a variety of real-world projects, contributing from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality visual content for B2B print, digital, web, and social media platforms
  • Develop creative concepts and visual design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and project goals
  • Prepare presentations, infographics, mockups, slide decks, and marketing collateral to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders and clients
  • Create UI/UX mockups for websites and digital products using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
  • Support the creation of brand-aligned social media creatives, landing pages, and display ads
  • Conduct research to support creative direction and gather visual inspiration relevant to B2B industries
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining design assets and file structures
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to improve campaign visuals
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality and efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Adobe XD a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail, layout, typography, and color balance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative and technical abilities, particularly in B2B projects

Bonus Points:
  • Experience in web design (UI/UX) using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
  • Exposure to motion graphics or animation tools
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing principles, and content strategy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or international client-facing environment
