Executive Customer Operation is responsible for business operation and customer service support including migration of copper services over FF network in order to provide quality services, reduction of faults, minimize the MTTR of faults, new service provisioning, provide awareness to customers about PTCL services, and routine reports submission and analyze the reports to take the decisions for deployment / rehab of network.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT- Improve quality of installations by regular visits on all copper/flash fiber installations.
- Reducing HSE accidents and injuries of field workers including in-house contractor and vendors.
- Achievement of wireline Gross Sales Targets of below products; i- PSTN ii- DSL iii- IPTV iv- FF.
- Maintaining the Copper Network Improvement in Quality of Service and overall improvement in operational KPI.
- Mapping of NE's and Work Force.
Qualification:
- BS/BE in Electrical/Telecom Engineering
- 1 year of experience
- Flash Fiber Design Flow
- Awareness about Tools used in fiber Operation
- Field expertise
