What You'll Do:

  • Monitor ongoing projects during your assigned shift to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promptly notify clients of any outages using the appropriate communication platforms.
  • Respond professionally to client queries via JIRA, email, or phone.
  • Regularly review application and database stats for memory, storage, and network connectivity.
  • Escalate internal network issues to the Network and Infra team without delay.
  • Maintain clear, courteous, and effective communication to support client satisfaction.
  • Manage external support tickets via JIRA and email.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Freshers or up to 5 months of experience in a customer or technical support role.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems and command-line operations.
  • Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
