Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you excel at generating leads, closing deals, and driving marketing communication strategies, this is your chance to grow with us. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and enhancing our brand presence in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales strategies.

Generate high-quality leads and convert them into loyal clients.

Develop and execute marketing communication plans aligned with company goals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Track and report on sales performance metrics and commission-based earnings.

Represent Crawlbytes professionally in client meetings and networking events.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and marketing communication.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

Ability to work onsite in Islamabad during specified hours.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Prior experience in digital marketing or agency setting is a plus.
