
Admin Officer

Responsibility for the maintenance of all office equipment.
Oversee 2 office locations.
Overseas office maintenance and repairs.
Coordinate with office supplies vendors, Bahria town management on utilities, gate passes etc.
Coordination with printing vendors, IT equipment vendors, event management vendors, landlords.
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
Maintenance of attendance records.
Handle logistics.
Maintain contact lists.
Provide general support to visitors.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Job Specification:Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in finance and admin in the services sector.
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Know how to basic computer hardware, computer system setup.
- Adequate understanding of IT equipments, basic software installation.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively and should be a quick learner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adequate understanding of MS Office.
