JOB TIMING :

10 - 12 hours a day.

Morning shift starts from 8am

Night shift starts from 8pm.

Some flexibility will be required. Can also be required to work on the weekends or public holidays like Eid etc. as the office operates 24/7. Bonuses are paid to the people working on Eid.

SALARY :

Salary is paid hourly. Ranging from 200 - 500 PKR per hour based on the skill and the experience.

Opportunities for promotions and increments based on the performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Executive (Cab Controllers) your duties may include the following:

  • Answering telephone calls and making taxi bookings for customers.
  • Delivering a high level of professional customer service at all times.
  • Dealing with email bookings and inquiries and completing admin work.
  • Providing quotations to customers.
  • Allocating bookings to drivers within time frames and driver locality.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for candidates with these qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from a good college or university.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • A professional telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to deal with different levels of people.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible work ethic.
