Conduct sales and service deals of Company products. Implement sales plans through constant market visits. Manage sales through effective and close follow up on deals and good control of stock levels at customers in responsible area. Participate in tender preparations and sales negotiations. Provide technical clarification and comments raised by clients during the bidding stage. Participate in regular/irregular customer meetings. The candidate is not required to maintain or service equipment or machine, nor provide application or service support. Lead and motivate a team of subordinates under designed sales plan to achieve targets and implement goals.
Job SpecificationThe candidate must have excellent English communication skills. Team management skills and should be self-motivated and task-oriented person. Experience of 2-4 years in Sales of Diagnostics / Hospital supplies / Pharmaceuticals in a similar position is required. Prior marketing experience is a must. Prior sales experience and knowledge of the diagnostics industry is also essential. Kindly don't apply if you do not have relevant marketing experience. You will not be considered if you don't meet the experience requirement. Prior experience with diagnostic practices and/or producers is preferred.
