We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence/Analyst to join our Telecom team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and drive the development of effective BI solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both the telecom industry and the BI lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct in-depth business process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and elicit, document, and validate business requirements through various techniques.
BI Solution Design: Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for BI solutions. Create data models, process flows, and other relevant documentation to support the design process.
BI Development and Implementation: Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI development. Support the implementation and deployment of BI solutions.
Change Management: Manage change requests, assess impacts, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with BI solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom industry,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data analysis and modeling techniques.
Basic knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with telecom billing systems and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and BI development lifecycles.
Certifications in data analytics (e.g., certifications from Tableau).
