About the role:

Key responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible to support the Retail team in presenting and analysing its progress against business performance.

Retail Analytics
  • Preparing store-wise revenue targets as per periodic requirements (annual/monthly/daily) for relevant stakeholders
  • Analysing business performance against KPIs and supporting business through timely and accurate information
  • Working closely with all store teams for inventory analysis to deliver budgeted sales and GP and delivery of store-level and concept-level plan
  • Identifying inventory optimisation opportunities through analytics with store teams
  • Development of reports for team and relevant stakeholders including on-demand analysis
  • Conducting weekly meetings to review store performance, analyse sales trends, and address target shortfalls with the Retail team
  • Engaging to assess the root cause behind low sales
Business Performance & Insights
  • Building and executing necessary action in case of non-performing store items in coordination with the Retail team
  • Monitoring of collection level tracking at store level (Experience stores)
Store Operations
  • Ensuring execution of visual merchandising in coordination with the Store Design team
  • Overseeing checklist for new stores including product inventory, sales forecast and operational requirements with relevant stakeholders

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, IT, BBA or similar field.

Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience.
