Office Field is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Align project requirements with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities by understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Participate across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Manage client relationships and internal communication.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track and report project performance to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and documentation standards.
