Alfalah Insurance is hiring CSR to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering timely and effective support in alignment with organizational standards and service excellence goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Handle complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems or internal databases.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient and professional service in line with company policies and standards.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and ensure issues are closed satisfactorily.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or front desk role (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of CRM tools.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
