Market Analysis/SEO Expert/SEM Expert/Content Strategist /Studio/Blockchain/Business Strategist

Core Responsibilities

UE5 Cinematic Production:

  • Createphotorealistic animations(flythroughs, drone shots, walkthroughs) usingLumen/Nanite.
  • Optimize scenes forreal-time rendering(LODs, texture streaming).

Interactive 360° Tours:

  • Developweb-compatible tourswith clickable hotspots (UE5 Blueprints + Pixel Streaming).

Still Renders:

  • Deliverprint-ready stillsusing UE5 Path Tracer (or collaborate with Corona artists).

Revit/3D Model Integration:

  • Import and optimizeRevit/DWG/3ds Max modelsfor UE5 (cleanup, material reassignment).
Mandatory Skills

Unreal Engine 5:

  • Mastery ofLumen lighting,Nanite geometry, andSequencer animations.
  • Experience witharchitectural visualization(not just gaming).

3D Modeling Basics:

  • Ability to tweak models inBlenderor3ds Max(fix UVs, reduce polygons).

Material & Lighting:

  • PBR textures (Substance Painter/Quixel), HDRIs, light mixing.

File Formats:

  • Experience withRevit (.rvt), DWG, FBX, GLTF.

Post-Processing:

  • Photoshop (stills), DaVinci Resolve (color grading animations).
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

3ds Max + Corona/V-Ray:

  • Ability to assist withhigh-end still rendersif needed.

Python/Blueprints:

  • Custom tools for UE5 workflow automation.
