We partner with clients around the world to scale their digital presence — and we're currently expanding our content team for a client-focused TikTok organic marketing campaign.

About the Role:

We're hiring a Social Media Content Expert who will be responsible for sourcing high-quality, relevant imagery for TikTok slide-style content using platforms like Pinterest. This is a creative yet execution-heavy role that demands visual literacy, speed, and deep familiarity with social content trends.

You'll be working directly with one of our international clients who specializes in organic TikTok marketing for businesses. You must be able to work 8 hours a day (with 1 hour break) and remain committed to the active workspace during working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and organize aesthetic and on-brand images for TikTok-style slideshow content.
  • Use client tools (Pinterest and proprietary slide generators) to build content quickly and accurately.
  • Understand the visual tone of trending TikTok organic marketing and align image choices accordingly.
  • Work closely with the client in real-time communication during the shift.
  • Contribute to improving the workflow and suggesting creative enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or social media content creation.
  • Strong visual sense and ability to identify images that are on-brand, aesthetic, and trend-aligned.
  • Prior experience working with Pinterest or content sourcing for Instagram/TikTok is a huge plus.
  • Highly organised, fast, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be available for a full 8-hour shift (remote), with 1-hour break.
  • Strong communication skills and professional work ethic.
  • Comfortable with a 3-day unpaid trial period to assess fit and performance.
