Position: Sr. Officer/Executive Revenue Management

Location: Islamabad

Reporting to: Assistant Manager Revenue & KPI Management

Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

  • To support in the KPI/OKR setting and KPI/OKR evaluation for HQ commercial, Technical, Support, Regional RGMs and all relevant DDs on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in the Target setting exercise (Annual and Interim) of all the respective departments of the organization.
  • Contribute to the strategic design, management, and implementation of OKR Targets evaluations on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop dashboard for KPIs/OKRs and metrics that can track end-to-end performance of all the respective departments.
  • Verification of the evidences received from the departments against their OKR targets and then calculation of the respective KPIs/OKRs departmental/individual score.
  • Monitoring and reporting of the approved KPIs/OKRs score to various CFT stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc performance analysis as per management instructions. Continuous improvement in OKR quality alignment with industry best practices.
  • Initiate improvement for automation of the current KPIs/OKRs targets setting and evaluation model. Highlight all areas to management on timely basis for any target lapse.
  • Support the Financial Analysis team is other additional tasks as assigned

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • A minimum of CA (Finalist), ACCA, ICMA, ICAEW, CIMA or MBA Finance is required.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum experience of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience is required

  • Self-motivated
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Strong understanding of the telecommunication industry and the opportunities and challenges in the local market
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use analytical tools SQL, Power BI etc. will be preferred
