A Charity welfare organization is seeking an Admin Officer for its Office.
Candidate should have hands-on experience in administration. A dedicated and result-oriented person is required. The candidate should be able to resolve conflicts and bottlenecks. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and no prior experience are encouraged to apply. The candidate should be an expert in managing and updating the website and social media pages and must have a positive attitude. Good typing speed is essential.
A good salary package will be offered based on knowledge and experience. Extensive knowledge of IT is a must. Flexible timings from 9 am to 5 pm.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required. The candidate should have good typing speed and experience in public administration management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages; The capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure; Ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks.
