The candidate would be responsible for selling project property units, giving demonstrations, carrying out site visits, and closing deals.

Manage and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Call on potential business leads and convert the leads into sales (cold calling included). Follow up with clients for deal maturation and keep them updated on their chosen property concerns.

Stay active on social media platforms and keep them updated with project details and proceedings.

Develop proper product knowledge for effective selling and presentations. Actively participate in training sessions provided and stay up to date with the latest sales and marketing trends.

Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Show a positive attitude towards new tasks and be passionate about work.
