Business Development Manager with Fluent English

SEOMasterz is actively seeking a dynamic and fluent Business Development Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and website development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, and managing client relationships across the US and Canadian markets through phone calls and all other means.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate fluently and confidently in spoken English with international clients.
  • Write professional and compelling business proposals to client needs.
  • Generate leads and close deals for SEO, social media marketing, PPC, website development, and other digital services.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while building new partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for timely project execution and delivery.
  • Represent the company in client meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, and other platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales in the Digital Marketing or IT services industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, Web Development (WordPress, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn , through calls and outreach, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
