Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients in the US market, utilizing your fluent English communication skills.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, presenting our services with conviction and enthusiasm.
  3. Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and achieving set KPIs.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies and techniques.
  6. Keep detailed records of sales interactions and customer information in our CRM system.

Job Specification
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in outbound B2B sales is highly preferred.
  2. Fluent English skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  3. A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for success.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software to manage leads and sales pipelines.
  6. Ability to adapt to a night shift schedule (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM) with dedication and enthusiasm.
