Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients in the US market, utilizing your fluent English communication skills.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, presenting our services with conviction and enthusiasm.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and achieving set KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies and techniques.
- Keep detailed records of sales interactions and customer information in our CRM system.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales is highly preferred.
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for success.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage leads and sales pipelines.
- Ability to adapt to a night shift schedule (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM) with dedication and enthusiasm.
