The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor/Master's degree preferably in Computer Sciences. Have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Customer Services, preferably in a technical environment. Experience in IT Service Management will be preferred.

Should have experience in technical project management and hands-on experience with network, systems, applications, utilities, and security suite on clients' systems/end-user machines. Urge for analysis, troubleshooting & investigation. Effectively manage large teams for successful completion of work. Manage and resolve troubles and incidents. Provide technical support on all end-user issues in the area of IT Networks, systems, and security. Gather information about client-end/end-user support mechanisms in an enterprise environment. Coordinate with different functional teams within the organization. Manage Internal IT Assets management by following the company's SOPs. Ensure IT Customer Service support to the end users.

Essential Skills:

  1. Have a complete understanding of ITIL environment.
  2. Should have an understanding of system admin procedures and IT service management.
  3. Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Have good problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
  5. Have sound coordination and follow-up skills.
  6. Have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions on a continuing basis.
  7. Be proficient in English.
  8. Be a team player.
  9. Should be dynamic and organized.
