We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our front desk team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and managing relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:• Greet and welcome clients as they approach the front desk.
• Answer questions, address complaints and provide advice on travel-related matters.
• Research and recommend suitable travel options based on client needs.
• Book tickets, reserve accommodation and organize rental transportation.
• Inform clients of useful travel information such as guides, maps and event programs.
• Collect deposits and balance payments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Requirements:- Intermediate - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional skills may also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
