Overview

Blue Health is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our healthcare technology products. This role requires a professional with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a structured and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also be able to leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance testing efficiency, accelerate validation processes, and improve product quality outcomes.

Key Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
  • Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, and defect tracking.
  • Proficiency with QA tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or equivalent.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
  • Familiarity with using or integrating AI-driven solutions in QA processes (e.g., automated test generation, defect prediction, or intelligent monitoring).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software QA or testing roles.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems or EMR/EHR platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt and apply AI tools to optimize QA workflows.
