PurposeTo ensure the smooth functioning of the Admin Mail Section, including handling consignments, dealing with vendors (couriers), record-keeping, etc.
Responsibilities- Receive consignments, mail, parcels, and documents at the window.
- Ensure proper accountability of the Admin Mail Section tasks, in accordance with KE SOPs.
- Assist the In-charge GOS-Admin & Lead Administration in AMS affairs.
- Assign Diary Numbers to consignments with specific prefixes and serial numbers, continuing from the last assigned number.
- Coordinate with departments such as CEO Office, Legal, Compliance, HR, IPP, and Taxation regarding AMS matters.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely invoice delivery, verify, and process vendor bills.
- Maintain records of outgoing consignments, coordinate with couriers for booking receipts, and share with relevant users.
- Keep accessible records of the Admin Mail Section.
- Participate in HSE D-Level Committee Meetings and promote safety culture among team members.
- Attend all assigned training sessions.
- Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain data for safety audits.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Abide by KE's Code of Conduct.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Graduate with 2-3 years or more of relevant experience.
