We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly environment aligned with our company's objectives. The role also requires managing government-related HR operations, specifically EOBI and PESSI, and ensuring all HR practices align with the company's goals and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and manage onboarding and training programs.
  • Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases.
  • Support organizational development and change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with EOBI and PESSI—must have practical knowledge and involvement in their processes.
  • Strong command of HR systems and software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in a retail company will be considered a strong advantage.
