We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Developer to join our software firm. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in lead generation through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. This role requires excellent English proficiency, communication skills, a strong understanding of various industries and project types, and the ability to create accurate and compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr.
  • Search for quality jobs and analyze project requirements to create tailored, persuasive proposals.
  • Highlight relevant skills and past projects to build client credibility.
  • Demonstrate how our services can effectively address client needs.
  • Gather and analyze requirements.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with clients.
  • Respond to inquiries and clarify doubts.
  • Build trust with clients through expertise and genuine interest in their projects.
  • Keep organized records of bids, communications, and project details.
  • Track bid success and project conversion rates.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Upwork's platform and best practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
