Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Ground Floor, NSTP, NUST, H-12 Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Office Timings: 9AM - 5PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (B2B) with 5 years of experience to join our Business Development team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through B2B channels. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the education technology landscape and a passion for promoting STEAM learning solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector, including schools, educational institutions, and government bodies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide reports to senior management.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven negotiation skills for high-value deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of STEAM education and the Pakistani education system.
  • Established network within educational institutions and government bodies.
  • Proficiency in English; regional languages are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in edtech.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
