About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead the day-to-day operations smoothly. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, managing client communications, and keeping the internal team aligned for success.
This is an on-site role, where you'll be fully immersed in our collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflows
Handle client follow-ups, respond to emails, and manage chat support with professionalism
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to provide timely updates and meet deadlines
Prepare and send polished proposals, presentations, and client communications
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
Requirements- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory if you have relevant experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, client management, or related roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and communication platforms
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
