Job Role: The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the Human Resource (HR) plan in collaboration with the Senior Manager. This involves preparing the annual budget and ensuring its alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR plans in consultation with the Senior Manager to ensure effective workforce management.
  • Ensure the up-to-date development of existing and new job descriptions to reflect changing organizational needs.
  • Conduct thorough job analysis and evaluation every two years to assess employee roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and manual filing systems to support informed decision-making.
  • Process monthly payroll and benefits, updating information in the HRIS database as required.
  • Create and schedule Orientation Training Programs (OTPs) in accordance with the annual OTP calendar approved by the Senior Manager.
  • Organize OTPs as per the provided annual OTP calendar, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions.
  • Conduct Performance Appraisals and submit consolidated data to the Senior Manager and top management for review and feedback.
  • In collaboration with the Senior Manager, update the HR policy manual as needed to reflect changes in organizational policies or procedures.
