We're Hiring | E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

29km Ferozepur Road Lahore | Full-Time | Monday to Saturday

JULKÉ — Pakistan's premium leather fashion and accessories brand — is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and creative individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive.

This is your chance to become a key player in shaping the digital face of a brand that crafts world-class handbags, footwear, and accessories.

What You'll Do:

E-Commerce Operations (Shopify):

Manage our entire product listing cycle on Shopify

Write clear, appealing, and brand-aligned product descriptions

Make product listings live/unlive, update collections, tags, and inventory

Email Marketing (Mailchimp):

Design and schedule newsletters for seasonal promos and product launches

Create automated campaign flows to increase conversions

Manage email list hygiene and monitor campaign performance

Customer Support & Digital Touchpoints:

Handle online customer queries, support requests, and order follow-ups

Collaborate with retail/logistics for smooth returns or exchanges

Maintain a warm, responsive tone in all customer interactions

Digital Content & Coordination:

Manage JULKÉ's LinkedIn page with timely and engaging posts

Coordinate closely with our creative and social media agencies for content, design, and campaign rollouts

Ensure all digital assets align with the brand's tone and aesthetics

What We're Looking For:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Shopify and Mailchimp
Excellent English writing skills – copy, captions, descriptions
Coordination ninja – can juggle agencies, deadlines, and digital platforms
Creative mindset with an eye for visuals, layout, and user experience

Experience with Canva or any basic graphic tools

Familiarity with fashion/luxury retail brands

A love for leather goods, bags, or footwear — we get excited over stitch lines and hardware finishes
