Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Unit Manager to oversee and support the execution of e-commerce operations.

About This Role

You will serve as a vital link between cross-functional teams, such as marketing & design, media buying and customer support, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.

In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of e-commerce operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient resolution of operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support media buying efforts to drive customer acquisition, optimize advertising strategies and track ROI for digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Support the team with data analysis, reporting and insights to guide e-commerce strategies, making recommendations based on performance metrics and trends.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments (e-commerce, marketing & design, customer support etc.) to ensure alignment of goals, initiatives and seamless communication across teams.
  • Address operational challenges and ensure issues are resolved efficiently by collaborating with relevant teams, maintaining a focus on timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, driving e-commerce growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure product listings, website layout and UX/UI are optimized for a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing and media buying practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and performance tracking tools.
