We're expanding our marketing team and seeking ahighly driven and creative Marketing Team Leadto oversee, manage, and elevate all our marketing functions—from brand identity and content creation to digital advertising and lead generation.

Role Overview

As theMarketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing activities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team that includes graphic designers, content creators, social media marketers, email marketers, and lead generation specialists. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on experience in modern marketing practices to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with CyberGen's business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a cross-functional marketing team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and sales departments to ensure consistent messaging and business alignment.

Creative & Branding Oversight

  • Guide the creation of graphics, branding kits, logos, and other creative assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Oversee creation and publishing of engaging social media content and campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to grow reach and engagement.
  • Supervise copywriting and content development for blogs, newsletters, and web content.

Advertising & Outreach

  • Plan, launch, and optimize social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Oversee video content strategy including promotional and explainer videos

Lead Generation & Performance Tracking

  • Coordinate outbound and inbound lead generation efforts in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI using KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, engagement metrics).
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, graphic design supervision, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
