Salary: 500k to 700k (Negotiable)

Job Title: Consultant Pediatrician (FCPS/FRCP)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Pediatrician (FCPS/FRCP) specializing in Pediatrics to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and super-specialization in Pediatrics, focusing on providing exceptional patient care, conducting research, and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert medical care and treatment to pediatric patients according to established standards.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for pediatric conditions.
  • Perform medical procedures and surgeries within the scope of pediatric specialization.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor medical residents, fellows, and junior staff in Pediatrics.
  • Participate in research, clinical trials, and academic activities to advance pediatric medicine.
  • Stay updated with latest developments and best practices in pediatric medicine.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Provide consultations and recommendations to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Adhere to medical regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Board certification in Pediatrics (FCPS/FRCP or equivalent).
  • Valid medical license to practice as a Consultant Pediatrician.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience with super-specialization in Pediatrics.
  • Qualification in a super specialty of pediatrics such as Neuro, Gastroenterology, Surgery, Nephrology, Oncology, etc.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities and experience in mentoring.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Adherence to medical ethics and patient-centered principles.
