We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in mobile app testing to ensure our applications run smoothly across all platforms (iOS, Android, Web). The role involves both functional testing and support-based testing, working closely with the customer support team to replicate and resolve user-reported issues.

  • Perform manual and automated testing of mobile apps (iOS and Android)
  • Reproduce bugs reported by support or users and collaborate with developers for resolutions
  • Write and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports
  • Verify fixes and conduct regression testing
  • Test new features, updates, and app performance under real-life scenarios
  • Track test results and provide feedback to developers
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to improve user experience and app reliability
  • Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices
  • Require 2+ years of experience in QA testing for mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of iOS and Android environments
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
  • Excellent bug reporting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to think from a user's perspective and identify usability issues
  • Optional but valuable: experience with automated testing tools (Appium, Selenium)
  • Experience in customer support or working closely with support teams
  • Background in healthcare or fintech mobile apps
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
