The candidate will be required to help the client in understanding:
- What are their key concerns as it relates to the health & wellbeing of their employee (& dependent) populations, e.g. increasing cost of medical plan, absenteeism, talent management.
- What are the metrics against which they would judge the efficacy of their investment into health and wellness related initiatives.
- Budgetary constraints and setting of priorities with an objective to helping clients achieve improved employee health and productivity.
- How to address issues: e.g. diseases, vaccinations, health advisory, second medical opinions etc., and deliver content/reports around health related stewardship.
- Work along with the Head of Department to design innovative wellness solutions that enhance our position relative to industry competitors.
- Work with Account managers to facilitate claims management processes and provide expert opinions on escalations.
