
Assistant Manager Human Resources

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support key HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Pakistan's labor laws, HR systems, and end-to-end operational processes, including payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and interaction with government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Manage and implement HR policies and procedures across departments.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax laws.
- Administer attendance and leave management systems.
- Handle compensation and benefits planning and execution, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
- Manage employee medical insurance, social insurance, and applied taxation responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth execution of talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Address and resolve HR operational issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data.
- Communicate with government bodies (e.g., EOBI, SESSI, tax authorities) and manage external compliance.
- Promote employee welfare initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support staff engagement and development programs in collaboration with the HR team.
- Collaborate on HR projects and continuous improvement of HR processes.
