Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have experience in international call center environments and comprehensive knowledge of HR Management.

You will be responsible for recruitment, investigations into internal employee complaints, conducting interviews and providing feedback, developing safety and security risk management programs, monitoring department goals, assisting with open enrollment, interfacing with other departments, and supervising the Center People Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of staff for inbound UK Taxi booking campaigns
  • Work with line managers on daily basis to guide them through the people decision making process
  • Conduct investigations into internal employee complaints
  • Develop safety and security risk management program to minimize hazards
  • Monitor and administer unemployment claims

Requirements:

  • Experience in an international call center environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all areas of Human Resources Management
  • Training competencies in HR administration, legal/regulatory compliance, supervisory development, diversity, and management training
  • Ability to motivate and supervise staff members
