Responsibilities
  • Manage designated key accounts and generate revenue to meet targets, especially for agricultural machinery sales (e.g., tractors, harvesters).
  • Engage with customers to identify needs, generate leads, and create business opportunities.
  • Assist customers in purchasing decisions, finalize contracts, and ensure product delivery.
  • Regularly meet with clients to maintain relationships and execute orders timely; update CRM accordingly.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts.
  • Regularly reconcile accounts with customers, minimize payment risks, reduce losses from unpaid goods, and ensure payment recovery.
  • Proactively manage settlement procedures for customers with outstanding balances.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Graduate in Marketing or Agricultural Engineering related disciplines
  • Proficient in English as a working language
  • Driving license & self-owned car (allowances provided)
Required Skills
  • Min 1-3 years' experience in Sales, especially in Agriculture Machinery (tractors, harvesters)
  • Sales professionals with experience in the construction sector will also be considered
