Ad Labz is a PPC agency specializing in full-funnel campaigns for SaaS and B2B companies across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing. We help clients generate high-quality leads and scale revenue with performance-driven marketing strategies.

We're looking for an Operations & Marketing Manager who can manage day-to-day agency operations while also supporting marketing and pre-sales activities to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day agency operations and ensure smooth workflow across client projects; coordinate between design, copy, and ad specialists to ensure timely delivery of campaigns; manage reporting and dashboards to ensure campaign KPIs are met; document processes and help optimize workflows for efficiency; support client onboarding and ensure a strong handover from sales to delivery.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in executing Ad Labz's marketing strategy (LinkedIn, content, email campaigns, webinars, etc.); manage content calendars and coordinate with freelancers or the internal team on blogs, posts, and creatives; monitor marketing performance (traffic, leads, conversions) and share insights for improvement; work with leadership on positioning and brand visibility campaigns; support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and case studies for prospective clients; research target industries (SaaS, B2B) and build insights to strengthen sales conversations; coordinate with prospects for discovery calls, follow-ups, and documentation; ensure CRM and pipeline data are updated and accurate.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, or pre-sales (agency background preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with PPC platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRMs; project management tools (Asana, Trello, or ClickUp).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
