Call Center Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Supervisor to oversee our night-shift International Outbound Campaign call center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of call center representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting performance metrics. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Implement strategies to improve team performance and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance to senior management.
  • Optimize call center processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels to meet call volume demands.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary up to 80,000 PKR monthly.

Timings: Night Shift [7:30 PM to 4:00 AM]

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
