At Giant Group, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead Operations to join our growing team.

Job Title: Team Lead Operations

Salary: PKR 200,000 per month + plus monthly bonus PKR 30,000

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri (10:00AM to 7:00PM)

About the role

As Team Lead Operations, you will have an impact on how we run our day-to-day operations and provide services to our customers globally. Therefore, you will be closely monitoring daily operations, improving the processes and enhancing overall productivity. The desired outcome will be to contribute to Giant Screening being an operations champion in screening delivery across the world.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Be a leader to monitor and supervise team of advisors to ensure inclusive culture and high performing environment.
• Be a process champion, oversee daily operations and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices to increase efficiency of the team.
• Attention to detail is the key, enhance individual and team performance by analysing the key data points.
• Monitor and enforce quality standard, conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Your ideal experience & competencies:

Ideally, you would have at least 3 -4 years of experience in operations preferably in services industry, with a proven track record of managing larger teams.

You can only excel in this role with:

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations and successfully handle objections.
• Ability to demonstrate a high knowledge and clear understanding of GDPR/Data protection and all aspects of handling and processing personal data.
• Proven ability to manage larger teams and multiple priorities in fast paced environment.
• Must have a flair for numbers and love to dive deep into data to find trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear messages and create positive, impactful experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
