CureSync Solutions is a leading provider of end-to-end medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services. With over a decade of experience serving healthcare practices across the U.S. We help providers streamline operations, maximize collections, and reduce administrative burden through services like Virtual Front Desk support, Credentialing, Insurance Verification, and Denial Management.
We are expanding rapidly and looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in acquiring new clients and growing our footprint in the U.S. healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with private practices, specialty groups, and clinics to offer CureSync's RCM services
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn/social media for targeted outreach
- Schedule and lead discovery calls with practice managers, physicians, or administrators
- Confidently communicate the value of CureSync's solutions, tailoring your pitch to each practice's specific needs and challenges
- Address client objections and concerns with professionalism, while positioning CureSync as a trusted long-term partner
- Coordinate and deliver proposals with internal support
- Manage and track leads, calls, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly client acquisition targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — preferably in the healthcare, RCM, or BPO sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting virtual client meetings
- Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system and medical billing concepts
- Strong organizational skills and CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
- Self-driven and target-oriented with a results-focused mindset
